Goodman Executive Sedan Service understands that unexpected changes and cancellations may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. However, due to the nature of our business, we have established the following cancellation policies:
- Sedan/SUV reservations scheduled prior to 9am must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount.
- Hourly rentals have a 7-day cancellation policy, meaning that if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup time, you will be charged the full amount.
- All other vehicle reservations have a 7-day cancellation policy prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid being charged the remaining non-refundable balance.
- Special events such as sporting events, concerts, proms, and New Year's Eve have different cancellation policies, which can be found on the company's website.
It's important to note that pricing is subject to change up to 12 hours before the reservation, and all times and amounts are considered estimates. Any additional time, tolls, parking fees, and reimbursements for goods requested will be added to the final invoice. If there is any travel time over 30 miles, the driver's round-trip travel and portal time will be added to the actual service time.
