Goodman Executive Sedan Service has a cancellation policy that varies depending on the type of reservation. Sedan/SUV reservations scheduled prior to 9am must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount. Hourly rentals have a 7-day cancellation policy, while all other vehicle reservations have a 7-day cancellation policy prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid being charged the remaining non-refundable balance. Special events such as sporting events, concerts, proms, and New Year's Eve have different cancellation policies, which can be found on the company's website. Pricing is subject to change up to 12 hours before the reservation, and all times and amounts are considered estimates. Any additional time, tolls, parking fees, and reimbursements for goods requested will be added to the final invoice. If there is any travel time over 30 miles, the driver's round-trip travel and portal time will be added to the actual service time.

This is a standard contract agreement for Goodman Executive Sedan Service, LLC. By signing the contract, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions listed above, and that they are the authorized purchaser and/or cardholder responsible for payment. The customer also agrees to pay for any damages caused by their party and to abide by the cancellation policy. The customer's credit card will be charged for the deposit, services rendered, and any damages incurred. Personal checks are not accepted.
