Service Policies, Term and Conditions

Cancellations within 24-48 hours of your scheduled pick-time are subject to a 50% service charge quoted. Cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-time are subject to the full service charge quoted.

Deposit amount is determined by the vehicle availability, client account status and vehicle class. All deposits will be clearly noted in the reservation quote.

Client no-shows and/or on-site cancellations will be subject to the full service fee plus any applicable wait time charges.

All deposits are applied towards total balance due.
The person signing this contract acknowledges he/she has read our terms and conditions listed above and is the authorized purchaser for this agreement, the authorized cardholder for the given credit card and/or responsible party liable for payment of the total amount due.

No personal checks accepted. The customer understands and agrees to pay for any and all damages their party may cause. I also agree to the above Terms and Conditions. The customer also understands and agrees to pay the deposit and/or entire contract price based on the terms of the cancellation policy.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, signing and providing your credit card information, you are authorizing Goodman Executive Sedan Service, LLC to charge your credit card for any of the following charges: deposit, all services rendered, and any damages done to the vehicle.

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address and/or mobile phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. By using our site, you consent to our websites privacy policy.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you). To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs). To process transactions Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature To send periodic emails The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to services, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Our rates factor some typical charges associated with the service including tolls, parking, fuel, and airport fees we may incur and are calculated during final audit.  All bookings require a credit card on file.  
Vehicles booked by the hour require a deposit. All service charges are applied to the credit card provided at the time of the booking and a payment receipt will be sent automatically.

The Fine print

Understanding our Billing Policy

  1. Gratuity is optional but not included in our posted rates. If it's not given to the driver, or requested via email or text, it will not be added. 
  2. Hourly Hires have a 3 hour minimum - longer minimums may be quoted for weddings and proms.
  3. All trips are billed at either the standard rate or the minimum fare, whichever is greater. 
  4. One Way Trips under 40 miles are billed by the mile.
  5. One Way Trips over 40 miles will be charged the lesser of the Per Mile rate or the Per Hour rate so that billing is favorable to the customer. 
  6. "Reimbursements" are expenses incurred while providing service and may be charged or waived at our discretion. Reimbursements may include unavoidable tolls, parking passes, requested amenities (Champagne/Beer/Flowers/Chocolates), damage to the vehicle, fines for littering from a moving vehicle, and more. 
  7. For trips scheduled more than 2 days in advance, cancellation must be done 5 hours prior to the appointment. Canceling less than 5 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the trip or $40, whichever is greater. Canceling after the driver has been dispatched or arrived on site will be 75% of the trip or our posted Minimum Fare, whichever is greater, but will not exceed 100% of the scheduled trip. 
  8. Cancellations for trips scheduled the same day must be done 2 hours prior to the appointment. Within 2 hours a fee of 25% or $40 may apply, whichever is greater. After the driver has been dispatched or arrived on site, a 75% or Minimum Fare will apply, whichever is greater, but will not exceed 100% of the scheduled trip. 
  9. We reserve the right to either uphold these policies or to waive them in your favor when it is prudent to do so.
